It is my goal to provide a better communication regarding what is happening at the beach and marina area….hence the name: BeachTalk… it is about the buzz at the beach!!!
So, with that said, I am sure many of you have heard that the Whale’s Tail Restaurant is for sale. Well, it has sold to some very well established restauranteurs who are experienced at running a beach community restaurant. The contract is signed, but all buyers of leased properties must be approved by the county. So, it is awaiting county approval. Until it is approved, I do not feel that I can disclose who has purchased…so more to follow.
