Did you know that Chase Bank is opening  a regional Residential Center at Seabridge Marketplace???  Where Smokey’s BBQ and Roundtable Pizza used to be.  This is a new concept for Chase.  Their regional Residential Centers are not for just getting a residential loan, but for handling all aspects of residential loans.  i.e. short pays, etc.

They have quite a task ahead of them to convert the space to a banking center.   They have almost completed stripping both spaces.  More to follow…
